Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the PT Sumber Nelayan Indonesia ("SNI", "we") website collects, what it is for, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.

• The message form on the Contact page: your name, email and message, and your company, country and phone number if you give them.
• The application form on the Careers page: your name, email, phone number, the position you apply for, your message and your CV (PDF).

If you contact us by WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, phone or email, that conversation happens on that service, and we receive only what you send.

Messages and applications are sent by email to our team and are not stored on the website. We use them only to answer your message or assess your application. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

This site uses one cookie, sni_lang. It is set only when you choose a language, to remember that choice when you return to the home page. It lasts one year and is not used for tracking.

The site sets no other cookies, and uses no analytics or advertising tools.

• Cloudflare runs this site and processes technical data from each visit, such as your IP address, to serve and protect it.
• YouTube videos load from youtube-nocookie.com, so YouTube sets no cookies until a video is played.
• Links to other services (WhatsApp, Line, Google Maps, Shopee, Tokopedia, and our social media: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads) take you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply there.

We keep messages and applications in our email for as long as we need them to follow up, then delete them.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data you have sent us, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). Contact us by email below.

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at its top.
