Chicken with Rujak Seasoning is a traditional Indonesian dish with a delicious blend of savory, spicy, sweet, and slightly sour flavors. The chicken is cooked in a special spice blend, then simmered until the spices are absorbed, creating a tender texture and rich flavor in every bite. Combined with ABfood's Tamarind, which provides a natural and fresh sour flavor, the rujak seasoning is balanced, delicious, and authentic. The combination of spicy, savory flavors with a distinctive sour touch makes this dish even more delicious, fragrant, and addictive.
